Earlier today, Tuesday, 14 October 2025, the Council of the Faculty of Media at Beni-Suef University convened under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty, with the attendance of the Council members.
The meeting began with Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty, expressing his thanks to Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University, for his continuous support of the Faculty. The Council reviewed the latest developments in the Education and Student Affairs Sector, the Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, as well as the three academic departments and the English Section.
During the meeting, the latest updates of the Faculty Quality Unit were presented, in addition to the approval of practical training plans for the three academic departments. The Council also approved the admission of international students from the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia into the Faculty’s postgraduate programs, as well as recommended the promotion of several members of the Faculty’s teaching assistants.
